You can filter the Project view by:

  • Project code or name
  • Client
  • Manager

You can also chose to include archived projects (those are excluded by default)

Why are there some exceptions shown for my projects, like missing Budgets or Costs, incomplete/missing Profitability?

If you look at the way we calculate Budgets and Internal Cost, there are a number of datapoints we sync from Harvest to successfully calculate the metrics (i.e. Budget settings, Bill Rates, Cost Rates). If some of those are missing or incomplete, we'll do our best to still show the metrics, but those metrics will end up being incomplete. In some cases, we won't be able to calculate profitability at all.

Why are some profitability metrics highlighted green and some - red?

This colour-coding is a result of comparing the profitability of a project to the Profitability Goal setting (you can easily change it). By default, we are using a 50% profitability goal to highlight the profitability in Project list and Client list. Anything above that is green, anything below - red.
